Address Change and Order Cancellation
To change your delivery address or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours after placing the order.
If the order has shipped (even if the tracking info is delayed), it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item, and you will be responsible for return shipping, customs, and other related costs.
