Processing time does not include delivery/transit time.

United States:

Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
Coverage: 48 contiguous states (Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming) and the District of Columbia.
Excluded Areas: Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).

Customs & Taxes: Covered by the seller. No additional customs fees or taxes will be charged upon delivery for eligible U.S. addresses.

Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping to eligible European countries listed below.

Main products: 6–9 business days (from EU warehouse). Shipped via DHL.

Accessories: 10–15 business days (from China). Actual delivery may vary depending on customs clearance. Shipped via 4PX Global Express.

Address Change and Order Cancellation

To change your delivery address or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours after placing the order.

If your order has already been shipped (even if the tracking information has not yet updated), the address cannot be changed and the order cannot be canceled.

You may request a return after receiving the item. Return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
