Order Confirmation & Processing

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification with a tracking number.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, not including transit time.

 

 Shipping Areas, Time & Costs

United States:

  • Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Excluded Areas: Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
  • Delivery Time: 

    Main products: 5–7 business days (from our U.S. warehouse).

    Accessories: 10–15 business days (from China).

  • Customs & Taxes: Covered by the seller.

 

Europe:

  • Free Delivery: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, San Marino
  • Delivery Time: 

    Main products: 6–9 business days (from EU warehouse).

    Accessories: 10–15 business days (from China).

  • Excluded Countries: 

    Ireland, United Kingdom, Greece, Norway, Ukraine, Turkey, etc.

    Shipping Fee: For excluded countries, shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight. Please contact us at lieyudiveofficial@gmail.com for a quote.

  • Customs & Taxes: For excluded countries, the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

 

Other Countries (eg, Canada, Australia):

  • Shipping Fee: Not free. Please contact us for a quote based on location and weight.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 10–15 business days (from China).
  • Customs & Taxes: Paid by the customer.


Address Change and Order Cancellation

To change your delivery address or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours after placing the order.

If the order has shipped (even if the tracking info is delayed), it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item, and you will be responsible for return shipping, customs, and other related costs.
