Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped,(even if the tracking info is delayed) we are not able to cancel your order.

Returns

In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, any items purchased on lieyudive.com can be returned up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund.

To start a return or exchange, please send us an email at lieyudiveofficial@gmail.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. 

NOTE:

  • We will review and respond to your return or exchange request within 2 business days.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address.
  • Return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a seller error (e.g., wrong or defective item). In such cases, all costs related to the return or replacement will be fully covered by LieyuDive.

 

Wrong Items Received

If you received the wrong product from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team with photos/videos of the incorrect item. 

Defective Items Received

If you received a defective item, please contact our customer support team with photos/videos showing the defect(s) of the product.

Replacement Process

Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders. If a product needs to be returned for replacement/exchange, the replacement/exchange will be sent within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.

*NOTE: The warranty period for replacements is still based on the original order.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days.

After the return is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and issued to your original payment method.
