Return & Refund Policy

In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, any items purchased on the lieyudive.com website can be returned unused up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To process a return or exchange for an item that was purchased on lieyudive.com, please send us an email at lieyudiveofficial@gmail.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. 

*NOTE:

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address and return form. (Please include the return form inside the package.)
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees. If a replacement is required, we will also cover the shipping costs for resending the item.
• For regions where free shipping is not available, the original shipping fee will not be refunded upon return unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.

 

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team with photos/videos of the incorrect item.

Return Defective Items

If you received a defective item, you can send it back in its original packaging for a free replacement. You will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s) of the product.

*NOTE: We strongly recommend obtaining and saving your return tracking number until you receive confirmation of your refund.

Replacement Process

Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.

*NOTE: The warranty period for replacements is still based on the original order.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days and apply it to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your credit card company.
