Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Processing time does not include delivery/transit time.

United States:

  • Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Coverage: 48 contiguous states (Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

  • Delivery Method & Time: 

    Main products: 6–9 business days (from EU warehouse). Shipped by DHL.

    Accessories: 10–15 business days (from China). Shipped by 4PX Global Express.

Address Change and Order Cancellation

To change your delivery address or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours after placing the order.

If your order has already been shipped (even if the tracking information has not yet updated), the address cannot be changed and the order cannot be canceled.

You may request a return after receiving the item, but you will be responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and other related costs.
