Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped,(even if the tracking info is delayed) we are not able to cancel your order.

Returns

In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, any items purchased on lieyudive.com can be returned up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund.

To start a return or exchange, please send us an email at lieyudiveofficial@gmail.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. 

NOTE:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees. If a replacement is required, we will also cover the shipping costs for resending the item.

 

Wrong Items Received

If you received the wrong product from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team with photos/videos of the incorrect item. 

Defective Items Received

If you received a defective item, please contact our customer support team with photos/videos showing the defect(s) of the product.

Replacement Process

Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.

*NOTE: The warranty period for replacements is still based on the original order.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and will be applied to your original payment method.
